Awesome main bedroom suite available in large two bedroom furnished apartment on the 4th floor with elevator access. Best features: beautiful views, AC, nice layout, in-unit laundry, parking garage, elevator and very quiet complex. These are newer apartments with nice quality finishes, high ceilings, and built-in safety features. There is furnished living room/dining room. I would not be around much, I stay at my boyfriend’s place in North Portland so I would have one small bedroom and the guest bathroom for when I am there. I am pet friendly (cat/dog/other), I believe the complex will ask for additional pet rent however. Must qualify to be added to the lease.

I am a professional female starting up a new career path. My best features are I am fun, friendly, easy-going, yet also know how to be quiet and love my downtime. Probably even better is I will be gone most of the time. Cannabis-friendly but the complex only allows smoking off-site (smoking area is right outside). I’m creative (a writer) and love artistic types although that’s certainly not a requirement. I am fairly clean, like to keep a nice environment, but I am not the clean police either. Would love to have a roomie with a pet actually as I miss mine. Pet deposit/rent would be extra per the complex rules.
