Mature professional wanted to share a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath 3 level town house in sought after Piney Orchard. The house is close to Fort Meade, MARC Train Station, Baltimore, Washington D.C., BWI Airport, RTs 295, 175, 32, 97 and 170. Within walking distance of shopping and only a few miles from Waugh Chapel Village shopping center (e.g. Target, Wegmans, Starbucks, etc.) and Arundel Mills Mall (Maryland’s largest outlet shopping, dining and entertainment destination).

Community Amenities: Four swimming pools (3 outdoor, 1 indoor); Hot tub; Fitness Center; Multi Purpose Room, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Multiple Parks with Bike paths, Walking Trails, baseball and football fields.

The Space: This room is on the 1st level and has a private full bathroom with wood burning fireplace. It also has an atrium door which allows for a private entrance and access to the backyard and private patio area.

Interested Parties should be: Mature, Clean, Drama-free, Considerate, Quiet (this is a quiet neighborhood and household, therefore after 10pm please keep noises down), Organized and Professional….Did I say Clean?

Common areas are: 1st level Entry (Foyer). Washer and dryer on 1st level. Large eat in kitchen with living area located on the 2nd floor. Light cooking preferred with your own cooking utensils, food AND cleaning supplies. The Deck located on the 2nd floor.

Additional Items to Note: No Smoking, Drugs, Parties, Pets, Loud Noises. No overnight adult guest (for everybody’s safety). You are responsible for cleaning your room, bathroom, hallway/entryway (as needed) and kitchen (as needed). Please bring your own cleaning supplies.

Must Have: First month’s rent. Security deposit (This is Not to be used as last month rent). Employment verification. Application $69 (non-refundable). Background check.
