About the room
Total house is a single family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Inground pool which is available to all who reside in the house. Never had an issues with theft, property damage or anything in our neighborhood. Located close to highway 99.
About the roomies
Currently occupying the house are two people: the owner of the house, which is myself along with three inside dogs. I recently rented another room to a friend who, on occasion, has his daughter that stays the weekend or a few days. I started renting out my rooms because I am a full time student as CSUB and would like to have help with bills so I can focus on graduating with my BA in less than a year then focusing on post graduate education.
