Got a couple spare rooms I’m trying to fill up for some extra cash. First room is 9ft by 12 ft. With a closet, ceiling fan and two windows. The second room is 9ft by 11ft a closet and 2 windows renting them out separately. The house has one bathroom and a makeshift gym in the basement.
About the roomies
Just me and my sister, were pretty outgoing people I work the night shift so im out the house by 310 pm and I get home at about 4 am I have a dog too. We’re both in our late 20s.
