The bathroom is a shared Jack and Jill one and there is a half bathroom that can also be used. Pool in community. I will need the following: 1 - Background check report. 2 - Proof of employment. 3 - Proof of good credit. 4- A copy of renter’s insurance policy. 5- A $100 non-refundable cleaning free. The rooms are furnished and I cannot accommodate a lot of personal belongings.
