About the room
Two furnished rooms in a newly built house in a gated community for professional tenants or university students. The bathroom is a shared Jack and Jill one and there is a half bathroom that can also be used. I will need the following: 1 - Background check report. 2 - Proof of employment. 3 - Proof of good credit. 4- A copy of renter’s insurance policy. 5- A $100 non-refundable cleaning free. The rooms are furnished and I cannot accommodate a lot of personal belonings
About the roomies
42 single man. A pharmacist by profession. Very few if any visitors. I am mostly outside my home most of the time. At work or at the gym. Please be gay friendly
