Hello! We live in a lovely house with a first floor and a basement. There is air conditioning, two bathrooms, garage and shed. The house is fully furnished (except for the room) but we can make room as well. Laundry is located in the basement and we are close to Sexy Pizza, a great Brewery and have easy access to downtown. The room is up stairs with a lot of natural light. The landlords are the homeowners and easy to work with.
There is a couple(guy and girl), and one other guy. Everyone keeps the shared spaces clean and we love having movie nights. Everyone is very respectful of space, and if we want to have more than a few guests everyone checks in first. No pets, but open to dogs. Yard is large and great to hangout in.
