Katie's room

I currently live in the downfloor of a duplex off of West 25th in Ohio City! There are 3 bedrooms (2 large with closets and 1 small office room), 1 bathroom. Water is included in rent but gas and electric are not. 1000sq ft.

I am 26 years old and currently live alone with my 7 year-old boxer. She is very sweet and tame. I work my full time job from home. I enjoy going to the gym, walking my dog, hanging out with my friends, reading and watching movies. I keep my place very tidy and am well organized. There is a couple who lives in the upstairs apartment but overall, the entire neighborhood is fairly quiet.
