Renting a single bedroom with shared bathroom. The room is pictured with a full size air mattress to give an idea of the space. Though the bathroom is shared, there is plenty of place for storage, as shown in the picture with the shelves. WiFi is included, but water and electric will be shared expenses. Washer and dryer available. On street parking. Located just minutes from the interstate, local restaurants, and convenient stores.

Hey future roomie (age 25+) 👋🏾 My name is Nichelle. I’m a 31 year old female, and active duty service member (navy). You will be sharing space with myself and my dog, Harley (please no other pets). She is very friendly and kind of annoying honestly lol. I’m mostly quiet and don’t have too many house guests aside from my bf and sister coming over occasionally. I’d also prefer someone who keeps house guests to a minimum. I’m a homebody so I’m either home or at work. I get along well with others and keep a tidy place.
