Hello! We are looking for an awesome tenant to rent a room available in Surprise near multiple shopping centers, a gym, and grocery stores!
This bedroom comes unfurnished with new carpeting, closet and window overlooking greenery. We also have the home cleaned professionally every month 🙂
I want to also mention you aren’t required to stay inside your room either. You have full access to common areas with the pool table, TV with Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+, and the backyard as well. We have blazing fast WIFI (900 mbps), as well as all utilities included, even toilet paper! Everyone in the home currently is respectful and clean.
