The house is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom on a quiet street in Newburyport, MA. This place is extremely clean and the rooms have the option to be fully furnished, or not at all, its your call. It is only a 5 minute walk to downtown, tons of restaurants as well as the waterfront area. Neighbors are extremely quiet, there are only a handful of houses on the street. In addition to the close proximity to downtown, the house is also just a 10 minute walk down to the commuter rail into Boston.

I am a 34 year old male looking for one or two roommates to share a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Newburyport, MA. I have lived here for years and the area is awesome. I am pretty boring during the week because I’m up at 4am for work, but I love going out to watch games and to grab drinks downtown with friends. I work about 20 minutes away, and I am also a full time college student down in Boston(most of my classes are online). You might not see much of me on the weekends either, as I am usually on the golf course, or skiing, depending on the season!
