Two bedroom apartment within Las Palmas Apartment homes part of the Irvine Company. It is right near the Marketplace so everything is around here including 24 hour fitness, Target, restaurants, and movie theaters within walking distance. Beautiful complex with all the amenities including pool, gym, spa, parking garage if you have a car.

My lease is up in October and looking for a reliable and professional roommate to continue the lease. I would need to put my new roomate on the lease in the coming weeks and move in date would be October 15th. Pets are allowed but there is an added fee per month for a dog or cat. Most of the furniture will be here but I recommend bringing what you need for the second bedroom which can fit up to a full size bed
