Private room currently unfurnished in a new 5 bd house but can be furnished if needed. Private bathroom available. Home has a media room and office space available and of course all living spaces. Cleanliness and respectfulness is a must. Father with two teens seeking responsible housemate to reduce mortgage expense. We are laid back and like to cook and play.
