Please read entire post before contacting, not trying to go back and forth with emails to get info. Room will be painted prior to move-in. I’m 27 years old. Renting out a room in my 3bd 1bth Victorian home in Midtown Sacramento. Located 3 blocks from Sutter Medical Center and walking distance to many Midtown bars, nightclubs, restaurants, coffee, shops, farmers market, theatre and many more. You must be LGBT friendly, you’ll have gay housemates. All common areas of the house will be shared. Washer and dryer inside house. There’s a bike rack outside on the patio and more storage space if needed. Free street parking, with free parking pass provided by the city.

Rent is $985 monthly (month to month agreement) which includes water, sewer and garbage. Utilities for electricity, gas and 5G WIFI are split three ways or you can choose to pay a flat fee. Deposit is $985 (it can possibly be paid in two payments). You must pass a criminal background check.

I’m looking for somebody who has a job, likes pets, is tidy, cleans up after themselves (always), is responsible and respectful. We are easy to get along with. No Smoking, No Drugs, Cannabis is ok outside on the property. No loud noise after 11pm Sun-Thur and after 12am Fri-Sat except for holidays or planned ahead situations.

I do online school, currently work as a delivery driver and go to the gym couple times a week. My housemate is in his 50s, he’s retired but stays busy. We have a really friendly 22lb Pomeranian mix dog named Sable, she sleeps in my housemates room at night. We’re chill, very easy to get along with.
