I do have a cat (very docile and sweet) so please keep this in mind. I have all living room furniture, pots, pans, you name it I more than likely already have it. But please bring anything you would like. Bills are split 50/50. Internet is $32.60, APS varies depending on usage, and renters insurance is $4.96. Rent split evenly as well. The lease ends in June next year and if we would like to resign the lease we can or go our separate ways.
