Hi The house is on a Christmas tree farm. It is close to downtown and shopping center Walmart jewel Menards etc the room is unfurnished rent includes all utilities plus streaming and cable. I have 2 cats and 1 dog so no more pets are allowed sorry !! I am cannabis friendly and a smoker is ok with me. A security deposit plus a background check are required.
