I am 32 (female) looking for an ideal person to join me in my luxury apartment / loft / flat / townhouse at Santana Row. I have been a resident at Santana Row for 2 years now and am looking to upgrade to move into a larger unit in my current resident. Depending on availability & price I may transfer into a 2-3 bed 2.5-3 bath townhouse or 2-3 bed 2-3 bath 3 level loft or perhaps a flat. Price & unit is subjected to availability.

The ideal candidate I am looking for must have a budget of $2,500. Depending on what unit & price I get in the upcoming weeks you can possibly pay less than 2500. It will be a very spacious home of 1600 sq. ft up to 2200 sq. ft.

The homes are highly updated, modern, and luxurious. You will have your own bedroom & bathroom, perhaps even an entire floor to yourself if you have the right budget. A very ideal location with shopping & dining right downstairs from the residence and just a short walk over to Valley Fair Mall. Right off of 280 / 17 Highway and just minutes from all the major tech companies such as Apple, Google, LinkedIn, Netflix, etc. I am flexible on move-in date so feel free to reach out and tell me a little bit about yourself / current situation.

• Rent $2000 minimum (price & unit is subjected to availability)
• 12-14 month lease

• Move in date: anytime between August - September
• Deposit: S1,000
