Newport Villas here on the edge of Shelter Cove Mid-Island. walking distance from shopping center. Private and quiet community gated with no guard shack. Swimming pool and jacuzzi with outdoor grills. Mailbox and internet already set up. All bill included in rent except for electricity. Exceptional view. Laundry in unit. I have 1 room available! one is smaller then the other and rent is adjusted accordingly. Recently found someone to take one of the three bedrooms and there’s one room left. Year long lease starting September 30th.

As of the end of September it will be just me! I’m a young Veteran and a quiet fella who’s normally gone fishing all day every day. Normally keep to myself in my room with minimal noise. Everyone is welcome to reach out.
