Hi! This is a basement floor for rent in spacious Cary home. Floor includes private bedroom, private bathroom, two closets, and large recreation room. Communal kitchen, laundry, and family room.

Utilities (Internet, Gas/Electric, Water, Cleaning) are not included but they are split 4 ways and usually range from 70-110/mo.

There are three other people in the house, all in our late twenties. Two of us work in tech and the third is a nurse. We generally keep to ourselves but do like to get dinner together once or twice a week! An ideal roommate would be a grad student or someone who works around RTP but all applications are welcome! :)
