a 2-story, 2-bedroom house located on about an acre of land, raised garden beds in the front yard, a stunning 3-season porch, small patio area, hardwood floors, brand new washer and dryer, gas stove, 1 3/4 bathrooms, a large basement for storage, and plenty of off-street parking (in addition to a garage). All snow removal, trash + recycling pickup, and composting provided. Close enough to the i91 on-ramp to be extremely convenient for commutes, but far enough to mitigate most of the traffic/noise. A short and pleasant bike ride to Hatfield’s historic downtown area, and about a 15ish minute bike to downtown Northampton. Move-in date is relatively flexible.

Just me! He/they; librarian and occasional writer/editor in my mid-30’s—lefty, bookish and tidy, but also a true ambivert who enjoys socializing. In my freetime I enjoy reading, gardening, meditating, biking, snowshoeing, cooking, and social justice organizing, to name a few. I come with a very sweet and tiny cat who plays well with others and has never not won over housemates.
