Brookwood Drive

I’m looking to transfer my lease from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom townhouse within the same apartment complex. The townhouse has 1.5 baths and is one level. I have 2 cats and there is a two-pet limit, so no other dogs/cats but I think pocket pets are okay as long as they are securely housed so my cats can’t get to them.

I don’t smoke, drink, do drugs, or party, and I don’t want any smoking, drugs, or parties at my place. The apartment complex will notify me after September 1st when the townhouse is available with a probable move-in date sometime in October. Lease will end March 1st, 2023. I already pay for internet, and I’ll pay the additional monthly pet fee since I have cats, so only additional fees beyond rent of $413/month would be splitting the electricity bill (water is included in rent).
