Chad's room

The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1500 sqft. The room is fully furnished with a 50“ TV, a queen-sized bed, a personal closet, and your own bathroom across the hallway. From the bed, you have a fantastic view of the backyard with a half basketball court, fire pit area, covered eating area, and large grass area. The garage also houses the washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator.

I live in the home alone with my 6-month-old puppy who is fully potty trained and weighs roughly 11 lbs. Fully grown he’ll be 15 lbs. I’m a project manager (Construction) and my schedule is usually 6:30 am to 5:30 pm but can vary from project to project. I have friends and family in the area so I tend to be away most of the time. I like outdoor activities such as golfing, swimming, working out, hiking, wine tasting, and Live music.
