About the room
I am a 60 year old female who owns a house in Old Orchard Beach off Cascades RD. I am seeking a year round renter (male or female, no preference) that will enjoy having his own private room. We would share other living quarters such as kitchen, living room, bathroom and my big back yard. I am looking for someone that will be respectful, financially stable and help out with yard work such as mowing the lawn and snow removal. The room is not furnished but that could be discussed if you are in need of some furniture. All utilities would be included in the monthly $1000.00. Sorry, my home is not available to you if you have pets or are 420 friendly.
