First and fire most, I really don’t live here at this point so it would essentially be you living there alone. This home is located very close to Ft. Bragg and is located in a great part of Fayetteville. You’ll have your own bedroom/bathroom. There is an additional room that will be able to be used, but I have a futon in there for extra seating/guest room. This can potentially be changed if needed. The home is fully furnished and has two TVs in the living room. It has all the cooking/dishes that you’ll need if you do not have these items. There is also a washer and dryer. There will be one garage spot given as my old jeep stays in the other side for now along with storing some items. I also have a privacy fence, but it does currently need some work at some broken parts of it. A big thing with living here is that I have two cats that stay in the home and will continue to stay for the foreseeable future. You will not be required to feed/take care of them. I will do that daily. At the time of posting I am finishing up with going through things and making sure it is clean and expect it to be ready to be moved in No later than September 19th.

I will not be living there. I’ll be over daily to take care of the cats. I may spend some time with them on occasion but for not much longer than an hour. I may also bring over my friends kid to play with them because he likes cats. There may also be the very few times I cook over there. My cats Alphonse and Soul will be staying as mentioned. They are very sweet cats. As stated I will be taking care of them.
