North 44th Street

Apartment is a 2BR/2BA apartment within the luxurious ARLO apartments in Phoenix. The room is a master bedroom with an attached bath that is huge. Current roommate who is moving to the East Coast would be willing to keep large furniture in the room for a steep discount. The common areas are all furnished already.

As for the apartment complex, there is a 2 story gym, resort style pool, rooftop, and game room. Also, the location of it is unbelievable. Everything you need is 1 street over (Costco, fry’s, Target, petco, etc.) In addition, the apartment is 5-15 minutes away from the hospital in downtown Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale and a short 7 minute Uber/Lyft to the airport.

Only one roommate, me. I’m a 29 yr old male who works in management at the University Hospital 10 minutes from the apartment complex. I work long hours, so I usually spend my evenings relaxing, working out, playing pick up basketball, or watching sports if there is one on. During my weekends, I typically check out new restaurants and shops and also travel 1-2x a month.
