Stella's room

It is a room for one person. $790 with shared bathroom and $850 with private one. You will share the house with other 4 residents, one person per room (not exceptions). We have rules to make your life at home more comfortable and safe: smoking is not allowed at the house, pets, drama and visitors either. All bills and parking are included. The house as you see is beautiful and well located at Spring Branch. There is a cleaning lady coming to the house twice a month to perform a deep cleaning to all bathrooms and common areas (included in the price). Laundry is inside the house and is available for you at anytime. If you want to visit we will be showing on Saturday 10 AM to 12 PM and Sunday 2 PM to 4 PM. If you need to see it before to move before the weekend please let me know. Thanks!

There will be other residentes (1 per room). I do check background to ensure that we all are safe.
