-Looking for long-term housemate -Am an INTJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging). I don’t put too much stock in Myers-Briggs personality types, but it can be a useful (if not altogether accurate) heuristic for understanding a new person. For example, I would say I’m more of an ambivert -Am a considerate roommate: I clean up after myself, minimize noise when needed. Am seeking similarly considerate roommates -Good, direct communicator -Very receptive to feedback -Am pretty chill and do not make a fuss about trivial things -Financially stable -I’ve enjoyed living with roommates (even the less compatible ones) -Have been living with roommates since 2009 and I am still friends with all of them -Seeking friendly and nice roommates: we don’t have to be best buds or hang out often, but I hope to become friends and enjoy (or at least not mind) each others’ presence -Cleanliness: on a scale of 0 to 10 with being never clean and 10 being immediately scrub the whole kitchen after every time I cook, I would say my default is a 7.5 -Proactively tidy and clean up messes -Try to wipe down any surfaces after I cook -Have tended to be the cleanest person of the people I’ve lived with -Work from home a lot since Covid -Love chilling by myself with a book/magazine/internet (subscriber to The Economist) -Love dinner parties, catching up with roommates, chill gatherings, and hanging with roommates and friends inside and outside the home -Have not thrown a “party” party since Covid -Not much of a TV-watcher but will participate if others are -Non-smoker -Sometimes go to bars to hang with friends -Showers usually take ~15 min, once a day in the early evening Other roomie is a CAT(see pics!)
