My partner & I have a short term sublease (4-6 months to start) available in Pacific Beach. We are located right by the bay so just a small walk to the water. It’s a spacious unfurnished bedroom with two closets & it’s own private bathroom. We don’t share walls & have full privacy. We do have two very friendly cats & everything is pretty much set up for you to just move in. $1300 rent & $1400 rent for more then one pet. Utilities not included but wifi & electricity tend to be pretty cheap!

My partner & I share a room in this spacious two bedroom apartment with both of our cats. We both are usually out for work, we enjoy spending time outside as we are both photographers & are very chill.
