Breden's room

Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom in a 4 bedroom house. Shaded parking pad on private lot. Close to the Forum, Peachtree Corners town green YMCA and Jones Bridge Park

You will share with 3 young adults, (two guys and one girl). The house has 3 separate rooms for socializing. We occasionally have friends over, but no wild partying. We currently do fine without strict rules regarding noise and behavior and it is expected that you would show judgement and courtesy to others as they would to you. Basically go with the flow and observe a culture of respect and civility with things like not using profanity, not leaving a mess in the kitchen etc.
