Hey! Looking for someone to take over/sublease my roommate’s side of the lease until the end of our lease, which ends July 26, 2023. Starting September 1st,2022. The apartment is located near OSU campus and in the northern high street parts. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. laundry unit in the basement of the building. Rent is $925 a month without utilities. Before utilities, you should be paying $460 a month. After utilities and parking, you shouldn’t be paying more than $630 a month. Just to be clear, I am interested in somebody moving into my apartment to be my new roommate and to take over my old roommate’s part of the lease and bedroom.

I’m interested in finding a down to earth FEMALE roommate, that can turn into a friend. By friend I mean, close enough that we’ll end up having our own movie nights or girl nights. Must be

My name is Lindsey, I’m 19, and will be attending Columbus state in the fall. Not trying to boost but I’m hilarious, so expect a lot of dad jokes. I love to listen to (loud) music (depending on the time, I respect peoples sleep time ) , watching anime, collecting plants, cooking and going out to eat! Also spending enormous amounts of time with my boyfriend, can’t help it I’m a lover boy : (. I have 3 pets; 2 kittens and a leopard gecko. I know, weird combo, but I love those two so dearly. I do drink a tiny bit, but it’s very rare that you’ll ever see me doing so, but I do smoke, on the weekends. I want to smoke inside the home but I am willing to consider not to, if uncomfortable.
