I have a two bedroom 2 bath place on Nettles Island on Hutchinson Island that I’m looking at roommates for. I occupy one of the bedrooms already. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The room rents for $1,700 a month with utilities and everything included. You are more than welcome to put up to three guests in that room. I also have a queen size pull out sectional couch that I’m renting for $600 a month utilities and everything included. House is gorgeous. Kitchen area shared among all guests. Enjoy the luxuries of Island living that come with living on Nettles Island. Nettles Island has two pools, a convenience store, a barber shop, a nail salon, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, mini golf, marina, fishing, and its own private beach. These prices are cheap. Laundry in unit. Month to month available but could rent through December (4 months).

Open to all. I’m very laid back, fun and easy to get along with as long as you are respectful and can act like an adult….LOL
