Nice modern home in Rocklin in a great location with easy commutes to Sacramento, Roseville, and Lincoln. Within walking distance has grocery, dining, gym, entertainment, & a park nearby. This is a very safe area. Private bedroom with shared bathroom. We keep a very clean and quiet house, but we do have pets.

One of our roommates is leaving, so this room is available Feb 1st. We’re just trying to find the right person to fill the room. :)

Two working professionals live here, we’re definitely independent and keep to ourselves for the most part with an occasional movie/tv night. She works locally, I work from home. We keep a very quiet and clean home and are looking for someone who brings the same atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t work from home, isn’t a partier & no couples or pets, sorry.

This is a managed property and you will have to go though their typical application process for approval. (Basic background check, verify income etc). Utilities are not included in rent, so plan for roughly $250-350 additional per month.
