Location: Tucked in near 17th ave & Portola Drive / 3-min-walk to Sunnycove / 1-min-walk to Sunday’s Farmers market. Technically in the Twin Lakes area according to Google map.

Room for rent has a private bathroom and shower, walk-in closet, south facing window, east facing window and abundant natural light. The room is upstairs, not furnished and NO CARPET. (The pictures were taken before I moved in)

The townhouse: Total two tenants (myself and yourself) share the space and appliances downstairs: living room, kitchen, half bathroom, garage, back patio. A washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, refrigerator come with the house and two tenants will be sharing these appliances. Parking available in the complex.

• Monthly rent is $1,450 / 6-month-lease and security deposit of $1,450 is required.

• Two tenants split in half the cleaning fees, utilities and wifi every month.

Cleaning fee: Bi-weekly visiting system, a visit for the whole house is total $120 (cost split between roommates, you should be ok with this system).
Utilities (Gas and Electricity): Average cost for the last 24 months for the whole house has been total $80 per month. There are opportunities to get it lower as a team!
With listed above, total monthly cost per tenant is estimated from $1630 to $1650 per month.
