Hello, looking for a roommate to join our home on Mt. Tabor. We are on the bus line, close to restaurants, and very walkable. I live here with my 14 year old daughter and very friendly dog. We are a busy family, I work from home and at night a few days a week I am at my second job. The room has a small front room and bedroom. We have cutains as a barrier for privacy on one side. The other half of the basement is storage. The room represents the price and location. We are a very laid back, drama free house hold. LGBQT and 420 friendly. Friends are always welcomed, but because I have a daughter I ask that we don’t bring dating one nighters home. Asking $800 includes everything, no deposit and three references. Female preferred.
