Mary's room

Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located close to the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop with easy access to the M and L trains. The area is near the Bushwick-Ridgewood divide and has some solid neighborhood bars and cafes (i. e. Lucy’s Vietnamese, Ops Pizza, Variety Coffee, among others) in addition to being within walking distance of Maria Hernandez Park. There is a laundromat across the street and a number of grocery stores nearby.

We are 2 females and 1 male in our mid-20s and early-30s seeking a fourth addition to replace our beloved, outgoing roommate who’s leaving us to pursue grad school in Berkeley. While we all have our own work schedules, extended friend groups, and independent projects, we really enjoy the time we spend together at the apartment. We’re all easy to get along with and value the sense of community we’ve created in our space. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of this communal environment, and who brings their own contributions, passions, interests, quirks to the group dynamic. Must be someone who’s responsible, communicates well, environmentally conscious, and cool with participating in regular cleanings of the apartment/having assigned household responsibilities to keep things tidy.
