This is a lease takeover. The move in date is Mid October. There are 3 rooms total and you would have the master bed and private bath with a walk in closet. It is a private entrance, there is a balcony, in-unit washer/drier, dishwasher, many parks and walking trails, a pool, tennis court, 24 hour gym, it’s near bus stops and grocery stores/restaurants in walking distance.
