Females preferred- I currently rent an adorable 2bed1bath carriage house off Baxter Ave in the Highlands. $600 plus utilities and wifi gets you a spacious bedroom, in-unit laundry, optional garage parking (extra 75/mo) stainless steel appliances, “hardwood”, etc. Bathroom is shared, but with only me, it has a tub and is kept quite clean. My roommate is leaving, and I’d like to stay and renew the lease in January because I really like the space. I need a roommate to move in between now and the end of December and re-sign lease at the end of the year. Must be willing to uphold the standard of cleanliness in common areas and willing to respect the fact that I work early hours by not being really loud late at night. Property is managed through Sun Residential and they will require application with income verification, passing of a background/credit check and a $55 admin fee for the application. Furniture is being switched out now, there will be a different big gray sectional, dining table, tv stand, coffee table, etc.

I am F22, recent business grad from IUS. I work an office job in finance during the day and side gigs occasionally on weekends. Love to cook, bike, try new restaurants, and listen to live music. I’m laid back but prefer cleanliness and general household stability. Looking to room with someone that’s cordial and responsible.
