Marie's room

Hi All, I am looking to fill one room in Koreatown. Ideal roommate is someone who can afford to pay rent on time $900/month plus utilities, clean up after themself, have the ability and willingness to co-exist peacefully with her roommate.

I have one room available, the kitchen and bathroom are shared. We do have a schedule so we won’t be interrupting each other’s access to the shared areas and have a seamless flow of daily life in the house. Communication and mutual respect is vital in my home.

Moving-in cost is one month advance and one month deposit = $1,800.

I work in tech & health industry and I’m taking my masters degree. I have a busy week so you will only see me in the morning making coffee, and at night prepping my meals for the next day. During weekends I like to unwind by going to the beach, surfing, yoga, farmers market, food tour, and watching broadways.
