Brand new house built in 2022. The house has 2 stories, 2800 sq ft, and 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths. Great location that is 15 minutes from downtown Austin! You will be 10 minutes from the Tesla Gigafactory, Samsung, and Dell. There is an HEB 15 minutes away and a Walmart within 5 minutes.

The room will be furnished with a queen size bed, a desk, and an office chair for you to use. This is an ensuite room so you will have your own restroom.

The room will be available starting in November 2022.

I am a 27 year old male that works in tech. I moved to Austin to attend university and loved the city so I’ve been here ever since. My job is remote so I spend most of the workday in my office space. I play tennis, enjoy hiking, and love to find events to attend in the city. Austin has a great diverse food scene so I’m always in search of a new place to try. On my off time, I usually hang out with my friends online and play games. I love furry friends and am looking to adopt a puppy soon!
