Master Bedroom 14 1/2 ft x 12 1/2 ft with its own bathroom and two large closets (each closet is 9 ft x 2 ft and each closet has a 4-drawer wooden built-in dresser). Just installed new carpeting and vinyl. Room can be furnished with a queen bed, table, chair, or I can put that furniture in the shed if you would prefer to have your own furniture. Washer/Dryer onsite. Driveway Parking. One metal storage shed with padlock for storage at end of driveway for renter. Quiet, peaceful environment. Close to foothills, trails, the river, Barber Park, Bown Crossing, Micron, and 5 minute drive to Lucky Peak State Park where there is paddelboarding boating. Greenbelt is one block away. A few blocks from #17 Bus Line that goes downtown and passes near BSU-the bus has a bicycle rack (the bus runs every hour). No smoking, No drugs, no alcohol. Room is being rented to ONE occupant only. No overnight guests.

I’m the only other resident. I’m the property owner. I live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy cooking and gardening. I have no pets, but am open to a dog (unfortunately not a cat, as I just installed new carpet). I am a dog sitter and typically have a dog in the home, so if you have a dog it must get along with dogs and not have aggression issues. The yard is fenced for a dog.
