Viola's room

Two-story beautiful house on the water, very modern and unique. Near Floresta and St Lucie Blvd. One bedroom is available now - it is on the first floor with a queen size bed and reach-in closet. Another bedroom will be available in May, it is king size on the second floor. Both have en-suite private bathrooms. Access to all kitchen items and washer/dryer. Price can be negotiable.

Looking for someone responsible and not working from home most days. Preferably in their later twenties - early forties, as I’d like us to share interests / be friends, not just share space. Must be clean and partake in doing chores and/or help cover cost of maid services. I work from home full time (Mon-Fri) and travel every so often. I don’t typically have guests over and prefer going out over staying in.
