Looking for a roommate who loves dogs. (credit score > 650 with good payment history)

This cozy beautiful condo is located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is huge and very walkable. Grocery store (Mariano’s) 3 min drive away, Target 5 min drive away. All the appliance (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer) are very new and great to use. This is a two bedroom condo, the roommate will have a private bedroom (with a full-size bed) and a full private bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared of course.

Parking is available.

I’m a data analyst who works from home and loves cooking. I have a 80lbs Labrador, who is very friendly but love to steal food so you have to love big dogs and keep your room close all the time(which is what I did for my room too). I love outdoor activities, big fun of rock climbing, backpacking and road-trip. I do yoga, meditation very often and I do not smoke. I will travel a lot this year so might be 50% at home 50% not (so dog will be 50%, 50% at home too). My boyfriend will be here occasionally weekends only while I’m here.(roughly 1 times a month or less)
