A cute rental home that I am moving into October 1st. Available from 03/10/2022 to give me time to settle in and set up wifi and everything so that it’s all ready. 1 Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms. Your rent is $1600 + $1600 security deposit and I will cover utilities. Remember it will be your home as much as mine.

I am a male student who also works in marketing and business writing. I am seeking a career and film and like to have many potted plants in a house. I ride a motorcycle to get around and for the occasional track ride. I smoke weed to help me go to sleep early some nights but am happy to do that outside.
