I own the apartment and I’m looking for a roommate to move in early September. Preferably a dude but I don’t care either way. I always clean at least once a week and do laundry every Saturday.

You will have your own room , closet and own bathroom. I’ve been in the military and have been on a deployment for the last 9 months and I never bought furniture but as I am recently separated I will start now. All I have for our shared space are tables chairs and a complete set of kitchen items (this includes microwave, utensils, plates , pots, pans spices, etc everything you need for a kitchen) I have a washer and dryer. Parking is free and there’s plenty of parking around the building. Feel free to ask any questions. Open to pets but it would be more on the rent.

Navy vet. I keep to myself a lot but down to go out on weekends. I like to go to clubs, concerts, bars, try new restaurants, gym. Inside I like to game, watch tv or anime or draw poorly lol.
