Gorgeous 3-story home on corner lot with 3rd-floor bedroom to rent. Private bedroom with walk-in closet, mini-fridge (w/separate freezer door that actually keeps things frozen) and microwave provided. Shared bathroom with 1 person (my respectful and clean 19-yr-old son) but 2 sinks allow for personal sink use. Semi-private sitting area adjacent to room. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Shared entry and shared kitchen. Cabinet space in kitchen provided. Storage space on-site for small monthly charge. Couples considered for a reasonable upcharge on the rent monthly. *(Pictures do not reflect one furniture change. The pictured blue loveseat has been removed and will be replaced with a much nicer recliner chair).

We are a multi-generational family (grandma, us & kids). We have a few kids, but all are well-behaved and respectful. 6000 square foot house, with plenty of space. We have 1 cat. 420 friendly outside only. Smoking ok outside. We are easy-going and clean. We do have kids, but keep up a nice home. Easy to get along with.
