I own a house in the Ogden area and its a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with an extra spare room. You would have the option of 1 of the 2 rooms: one large room upstairs ( available in October) or 1 downstairs ( available now) and would share a bathroom. It is right behind Ogden park off off Gordon Road (sooo convenient) Direct access to tennis courts, running trails, etc. fenced in backyard and pond. House is furnished except for your room. Rent is $725 p/month and utlities would be about $80 p/month.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed. However cats are.
