Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, brewery, wine bar, walking and biking paths. Renters split the utilities. Street parking. No pets, no smoking cigarettes on the property, no smoking cannabis in the house.

I am a single professional salesperson in my 40’s and I’m rarely home. I am never home on the weekends.

There is a30 yr old female in the master suite. SHe has two cats.
