Very nice updated mobile home in country, less than 15 minutes from OSU Campus. I am in the process of moving in but would welcome a roommate. You can have your own bedroom with a walk-in closet. It can be furnished if needed. Since I am only looking for one roommate you can have your own bathroom as well. Looking for someone who can pick up after themselves and someone who would be comfortable with my older cats, a dog and some outside chickens/roosters . If someone is interested in or able to exchange some of the rent for animal care on approximately eight days out of the month that I won’t be home, it’d be great. However, I am also considering having a pet sitter come in during those days to keep it simple. Utilities included in the rent. Beautiful setting with great neighbors. No smoking or drug use. Light drinking OK. Someone who is honest, employed and doesn’t socialize a lot at the house. I am in the process of moving my work from out of state to Oregon and plan on being back-and-forth to the house for several months. I have cats and a dog that will be part of my household once I move in permanently. Willing to consider you having a dog or cat of your own as long as everyone gets along.

I am near retirement age, open minded and would enjoy a roommate who has their own activities and interests. I plan on working part time in town and part time from home. I will be doing work around the property, such as building a new chicken coop and creating safe space for inside outside cats. I have a dog that is friendly to all. I plan on moving in permanently before the end of the year and would love to share the home with someone before that happens. I don’t smoke or drink, no drug use and no drama. Looking for someone who is a good fit.
