Room for rent in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Hough neighborhood Easy walk access to Main Street. Tons of local shops and restaurants.

This Room is on the main level size is 10x11. Share 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, laundry. 420 friendly. No couples. All of bedrooms are on different levels.

$750 a month includes all (Elec, water, garbage, internet also includes all house supplies (everything from toilet paper, laundry, soap, trash bags, etc.) Due on 1st. (It makes things much simpler to just have one payment a month) There will also be a housecleaner once a month that we were all going on. $100 security deposit nonrefundable. Can be made in payments. No first and last.

This is a low key, quiet, drama free house. We keep to ourselves but also have open communication. Would love to find like minded person.

Must have or do to live in and be apart of this home. -Have to pay full amount of rent on the 1st of the month. -Have to have a permanent full time job. No work from home. -No overnight guest (unless discussed) -There is no alcohol or drinking alcohol in the house. I have no problem with anyone going out and drinking responsibly

I have lived in this house for 12 years.

The other room is rented you a young woman. We both have full time jobs. I also have a tuxedo cat. She’s a curious loving cat but she usually keeps herself, well, we all do. No animals (would be open to well trained cat)
