Hello! Looking for a conscientious and chill third female roommate for a 3 bed/2 bath house in North Chico. Big backyard, and excellent living space. The room has a large closet. Would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. 500$ + utilities (no pets sry!) Message for more info! 🙂

We are both grad students at Chico State, Marriage and Family Therapy program. Also living at the house is a Frenchie, named Scout, a bunny, Miller, and an outdoor kitty, Bentley. They are all very sweet and well taken care of (we are at capacity, so no more animals sry).
