Single mom to 9 year old daughter seeking single female roommate. The room has a private entrance glass sliding door from the backyard. The room is very small small closet. Potential renter must be ok with my daughter we are quiet and respectful but she has playdates and friends over which is not always quiet lol. The property is currently on the market for sale but I have not been asked to move as I’ve lived here since 2016. However, the future here is still uncertain. So possibly a temporary option. The unit next door and in the back have open houses scheduled so if a tour is requested just know that may be limited for that reason. My unit is not being shown in the open house however traffic around the property will be expected.

It is just myself and my 9 year old daughter. Potential renter would have to be a single female with full time employment. Students welcome as long as income is verified. We can set up a time and place to meet then we can go from there. We have 2 free roam bunnies closed upstairs sometimes. Pg and E is split but I pay for internet.
